Rajas Shah – Pune
Rajas will lead the Earth based sensorial forest bathing walk in Pune on 24th April.
Dr. Rajas Shah, a practicing Physiotherapist, Internationally certified Heal your life workshop leader and a forest bathing facilitator. He is also an Internationally licensed Life coach and does 1-1 nature based outdoor coaching sessions.
He has been leading forest bathing walks in Pune for a few years. Participants of these walks go away with a deep sense of connection with nature, especially trees. For the walk in April, he intends to deepen our connection with Mother Earth with guided activities.
Manya – Hyderabad
Manya is a nature lover and artist. She creates experiences for people to connect with nature, and in turn with their own selves – awakening the curiosity and wonder we all had as children!
She’ll lead the fun play session and sensorial walk for people in Hyderabad on 23rd April, Saturday. ‘Get Muddy’ is the theme she wants to explore with you.
Shruti Tharayil
The 2-day online workshop called ‘Rewild your Life’, facilitated by Shruti Tharayil, is an invitation to rediscover and reconnect with the fast disappearing knowledge system of the uncultivated food.
Shruti is a self-taught herbalist & founder of the initiative ‘Forgotten Greens’ where she shares about the wild edibles that grow in our immediate ecosystem. On the first day, Shruti will share about several wild edibles that might be growing near your house/apartment on a zoom session. The second day, participants have the opportunity to forage for the edibles that they learnt and take assistance from Shurti to verify the identified edibles over whatsapp.
More about Shruti: Along with her love for documenting, researching and eating the wild edibles, Shruti also hosts programs focussing on inner, interpersonal and systemic inquiries for participants. Shruti has been working on building perspectives towards our complex Food System via ‘Forgotten Greens’. Anubha – Bangalore
The walk in Cubbon park on 23rd April, Saturday will be led by Anubha Jaswal, who brings together a well curated mix of experiences ranging from sensorial, physical, tactile and emotional all intended towards inner nourishment and connection to Mother Earth.

Dipika Sinha – Delhi
The walk in Delhi on 24th April will be led by Dipika Sinha, founder of Forest therapy India. Dipika is a nature enthusiast and a certified forest therapy practitioner from the European Institute of Forest Therapy (FTI). She has been conducting many nature walks in Noida and nature retreats in Nanital. Her deep connect with nature is something that participants experience in every walk of hers. She will guide you through a research based framework nature walk, that will enable you to slow down, pause and reconnect with Earth at a deeper level with guided activities. Be ready to have a relaxing time in the midst of the hustle and bustle of city life.
Manjari Agarwala – Gurugram
The walk at Aravalli, Gurugram on 24th April will be led by Manjari Agarwala, Co-founder of Violet Wisdom, a venture in holistic wellness education and products. Her intention for the walk is to hold space for people to connect with Mother Earth through the power of stories.
More about Manjari: She is a Yoga & Ayurveda enthusiast and lifelong learner. She also facilitates Action Learning sessions at the School for Social Entrepreneurs,India.
Manjari is forever inspired by the depth of mystery and magic in the natural world and hopes to share the wonder through her walks.
Her peaceful and calm demeanor allows for a relaxed time for every participant. It ripples onto everyone else. Most often participants share how the walk helped them connect with nature and become naturally meditative and reflective.
Sunanda Pati – Bengaluru
The walk at Cubbon Park on 24th April will be led by Sunanda Pati, a freelance creative writer, an Embodied Expressive Arts facilitator and a co-founder of a Coaching & Consulting partnership firm called Pivot Pipers. She connects vividly with nature and brings the learning into her nature walks as well as her arts based processes. In her walk you will experience the park in a totally different way. People who attend her Nature walks share how peaceful, centered, grounded and calm they feel, apart from a deep connect with nature. Being a creative writer she will support you to connect with the wordsmith within you with prompts, in a way that also deepens your connection with Mother Earth. And along with words, connecting with our bodies will enable a wealth of connection with self and Earth, in a way that might leave you feeling in awe of the interconnectedness of our body and Earth.
Lawrence D’Souza – Mumbai
The walk at Aarey Forest on 23rd April will be led by Lawrence, a financial consultant, who now also helps people connect with nature. He is a birding enthusiast and has immense knowledge about nature. Through his walks, he aims to reverse the spiritual disconnect with nature that many Mumbaikars have. This walk will make you feel like you have been on a vacation even though you are within the city. This April, he wishes to enable a deep connect with Mother nature in his walk.
Aashish Amalraj – Chennai
Aashish has been leading individuals, and groups in the healing and transformation space for over 2 years in Chennai. His own journey in self-growth and discovery started over a decade ago in his final year of graduation. He is a licensed Heal Your Life® Teacher and facilitator of well-being programs.
For him, Nature is home where everything is welcomed and accepted. Simply lying down on the ground and feeling the support, reminds him that mother nature is ever present. He finds connecting to the earth makes it so easy to let go and just be. Over the years, his connection with nature has branched and deep rooted into a way of life. He believes nature extends her healing hands and wisdom to all. Let’s walk into the loving embrace of mother nature.
Keshav Jaini – Gurugram
Keshav jaini is an Environmentalist and Urban perma culture practioner who now devotes his time to connecting people with nature through forest healing walks in Delhi, NCR. His calm nature will set you at ease in your walk with him. Some participants have shared how life changing his walks have been for them.
Tanya Ginwala – Dharamshala
The walk at Tapovan, Dharamshala will be led by Tanya Ginwala, a Nature and Adventure based therapist. Tanya is a trauma-informed mental health practitioner, trained in narrative therapy and somatic approaches.
She moved from Pune to Dharamshala at the end of 2020 with her 14 year old dog and has spent the last year slowing down to match the pace of mountain life and connect with the landscape she now calls home. Tanya believes deeply in the healing power of connecting with nature and is passionate about making the outdoors more accessible and inclusive for people from marginalized communities.
